ENDING INSTITUTIONAL RACISM

We were the first union in the UK to end outsourcing for cleaners in higher education and the NHS, bringing over 300 cleaners in-house at the London School of Economics and 1200 facilities workers at NHS Imperial Trust. These wins ended decades of institutional racism and put millions back in the pockets of cleaners – where it belongs!
