United Voices of the World (UVW) is looking for a dedicated Organiser to build winning campaigns with low paid, migrant and precarious workers.
Are you passionate about justice and workers’ rights?
Do you believe in the power of collective action?
Join us as an Organiser and support workers to win what they need and deserve!
UVW is a radical, member-led general workers union that supports some of the most exploited and marginalised workers in the UK. UVW members, migrant, low-paid, and precarious workers, often ignored by traditional unions, have secured historic victories through bold and creative collective action. From pay rises to winning insourcing and parity at major public institutions, UVW’s resolute and principled organising approach has proven that no worker is invisible, and workers can win when they organise together.
As a UVW Organiser you’ll join a growing team that is at the heart of our mission to build power and solidarity in workplaces and communities through collective, legal and direct action.
You will support UVW members across the economy to build winning workplace campaigns and disputes and recruit, engage and organise new members .
Previous organising experience is desirable but not essential – we provide full training.
All you need is:
✅ A passion for talking to workers and listening to their concerns
✅ A willingness to learn how to build powerful campaigns
✅ A belief that all workers deserve dignity, respect, and power in the workplace
Spanish language skills are desirable.
At UVW, you’ll gain hands-on organising experience, learn from historic struggles, and become part of a movement that fights – and wins – with those who need it most.
Ready to fight for workers’ rights? Apply now and help us build worker power from the ground up!
